Muay Thai Seminar with Bryan Popejoy
August 13 @ 12:00 am - August 14 @ 12:00 am
Pride Mixed Martial Art is excited to host Bryan Popejoy for a two day Muay Thai seminar.
Bryan Popejoy is recognized as one of the world’s leading striking coaches. Bryan Popejoy has been at the forefront of American Muay Thai since the 1980’s. He was one of the first US fighters to compete in IFMA- winning the Gold Medal in 2000.
The Boxing Works head instructor and owner regularly coaches numerous high level fighters from Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA at his Los Angeles based gym on a daily basis. In 2001 he retired from active competition to concentrate solely on coaching, and since then has had tremendous success with many world class athletes.
Popejoy has trained several notable athletes and coached on many teams in top global promotions and was the first US coach to have a fighter win a One Championship title, with Janet Todd. His experience both as a Muay Thai fighter himself, and as a coach to some of the best fighters in the US, provides a valuable insight into what it takes to succeed in Muay Thai on the world stage.
This is a rare opportunity to train with one the best striking coaches in the world. Join us for a two day Muay Thai seminar with Bryan Popejoy
